10. Conduct of committee members:

(1) The members of the committee must remain dedicated to achieving the objectives of the trust.
(2) A member of the committee shall not do the following:-

(a) To accept any donation, donation or gift from a person related to the work of the trust or in matters related to such work,
(b) to take any compensation from the funds of the Trust,
(c) Being subjected to undue pressure and influence when taking any decision,
(d) to act for personal benefit of himself or anyone else,
(e) To take part in making decisions about self and self-interest,
(f) to act in violation of applicable law,
(g) to misappropriate or encourage misappropriation of the resources and means of the Trust,
(h) To purchase or acquire usufructuary rights in the immovable property of the trust in the name of himself and his family for at least five years after the member of the committee remains in office.
